"I have been using Zenagen shampoo and trying to compute five minutes on my bathroom clock. I bought this timer and now do not have to guess when 5 minutes is up. It doesn't want to suction to the tile in my shower so I have it on the built-in bench in the shower. I bought one for each of my daughters as well."

- Does the timer always stay on? Is there a way to turn it off when not in use. The 5:00 is always displayed
