Q&A

The shampoo mentions benenefit of being alcohol free but the infredients on the conditioner reflect alcohol. Why is that not harmful for the conditioner if its advertised best on shampoo and hair loss serums to not have alcohol?: Hi! Many shampoos use alcohol as the delivery system to get the product into the follicle. We have just opted for a different delivery system, green tea extract instead. The alcohol in the conditioner does not act as a delivery system. Thank you
I was told that a collagen supplement to be applied to hair after using shampoo and conditioner and comes with a set of Zenagen shampoo and conditioner tubes. But I don't see it on the website!: Hi Sarah! We currently do not offer collagen supplements to complement our shampoo and conditioner lines.
