RETURNS
If you are dissatisfied with your online order for any reason, you may return remaining product within 90 days of the date of receipt for a full refund. Zenagen accepts returns for items purchased from our website only. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. 
We stand behind our products and we want you to love them, too. If you are not 100 percent satisfied for any reason after using our products, please contact us within 90 days of the date of receipt at support@zenagen.com to discuss your return options*.
If your package contains defective product or appears to be damaged in transit, please contact us at support@zenagen.com to request a return label.
To submit a return request, please email us with your order number at support@zenagen.com and we will respond to confirm that your request has been received. Please securely package your return item(s) in the original packaging if possible and include your original packing slip, indicating which items you would like to return. 
All refunds will be credited to the original payment method only. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.

* Due to shipping weight and damage on open bottles, 32 oz products may not be returned, unless already damaged. 

Returns for Products Purchased Offline
ZENAGEN WILL NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM A THIRD PARTY (SALON, DISTRIBUTOR, ONLINE SELLER, ETC). PLEASE CONTACT THE THIRD PARTY SELLER DIRECTLY FOR A REFUND.
THIRD PARTY SELLERS SHOULD PROCESS REFUND WITH THE CUSTOMER, THEN REACH OUT TO ZENAGEN TO DISCUSS REFUND AT APPROPRIATE PRICING.
