SHIPPING & RETURNS

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx. International orders are shipped via USPS. Orders received Monday through Friday by 3 p.m. CST are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow at least 5 to 7 business days for your order to be delivered. Please provide a valid street address or P.O. box.

We offer free ground shipping on orders over $50. A flat-rate shipping fee of $9.99 will be applied to domestic orders under $50. We offer international flat rate shipping for $26.99.

RETURNS

If you are dissatisfied with your online order for any reason, you may return any unopened and unused product within 30 days of the date of receipt for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Zenagen accepts returns for items purchased from our website only. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

We stand behind our products and we want you to love them, too. If you are not 100 percent satisfied for any reason after using our products, please contact us within 90 days of the date of receipt at onlinesales@zenagen.com to discuss your return options.

If your package contains defective product or appears to be damaged in transit, please contact us at onlinesales@zenagen.com to request a return label.

To submit a return request, please email us with your order number at onlinesales@zenagen.comand we will respond to confirm that your request has been received. Please securely package your return item(s) in the original packaging if possible and include your original packing slip, indicating which items you would like to return. We recommend shipping all return packages via a reliable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx.

All refunds will be credited to the original payment method only. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.

Returns for Products Purchased Offline

ZENAGEN WILL NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM A THIRD PARTY (SALON, DISTRIBUTOR, ONLINE SELLER, ETC). PLEASE CONTACT THE THIRD PARTY SELLER DIRECTLY FOR A REFUND.

THIRD PARTY SELLERS SHOULD PROCESS REFUND WITH THE CUSTOMER, THEN REACH OUT TO ZENAGEN TO DISCUSS REFUND AT APPROPRIATE PRICING.
