ISSE Recap and Frequently Asked Questions

We honestly can’t believe that today is the last day of January and we’re already back in Nashville from the annual International Salon & Spa Expo aka ISSE. It’s already been an incredibly productive month for the Zenagen team, so if this is any indication of how 2019 is going to go, we’re in for one amazing and wild ride.



Our marketing and education teams just got back from a full week of time in Southern California. Not only did we attend ISSE in Long Beach, but we got to spend 3 days in Dana Point getting some AMAZING content that we can’t wait to share with you all in the coming months. We’ve got educational videos, exclusive interviews with the leaders of Zenagen, exciting new social content and more!



While spending time on the beach getting tons and tons of content to share was a highlight of the trip, we loved getting some face to face time with new and returning Zenagen customers at ISSE! We got to share the story and life-changing results of Zenagen with people who have never tried our products or even heard from us before, all while saying hi to familiar faces and hearing stories from salons who are happy with the results their clients are seeing. It was so much fun growing the Zenagen family and we can’t wait to stay in touch with all of the salons and stylists who are excited about Zenagen!

All trade shows give us the opportunity to really talk to stylist and salon owners about their experiences with the Zenagen products and ask us questions to help their clients understand and properly use our products. We kept getting a lot of the same questions at ISSE Long Beach, so we decided to do a little round up of the top 5 frequently asked questions. If they are having those questions, then chances are, so are you!



1.  How Long Will It Take To See Results?

Hair loss is just one of those things that really varies person to person. There is no magic number, because there are so many different factors that can contribute to hair loss including genetics, diet, health, medications, etc.

However, the majority of people who start to use the Revolve system will see a noticeable reduction in shedding in the first 2 – 6 weeks. Hair will begin to look thicker and fuller within your first bottle, and peak results can be achieved anywhere from 12 – 24 months. With Evolve, you will start to see restored shine and health in the first few weeks and increased length after your first bottle.

2. How Long Will One Bottle Last?

We have designed our system to be as user-friendly as possible. You only use a dime sized amount of our treatments in the shower every other day, so our bottles go a long way! The standard 6 oz. of our treatments and 5 oz. of our conditioners will last around 3 months if used properly.

3. What Are The Main Ingredients? 

We have a botanically-based, nutraceutical formula that has a special blend of the highest-quality natural ingredients on the market. We have a special extraction process that only uses the most concentrated parts of the ingredients. These ingredients include Aloe Leaf Juice, Saw Palmetto, Red Clover Extract, Brahmi, Ginger Root Extract and more. All of our products are free of SLS, alcohols and other harsh chemicals, as well as completely color safe, cruelty-free, gluten-free and vegan.

4. Is It Safe To Use With Other Hair Loss Products?

Yes, our products are completely safe to use with other hair loss products. In fact, if a customer is currently on any minoxidil-based products, we suggest they start to use our products in conjunction with what they are already using. It is important to ween off of minoxidil to reduce immediate hair loss. The weening process timing is very dependent upon how long they have been on said product, so if you need more information on that, please reach out to our customer service reps at 877-690-6466.

While it is safe to use with other products, we believe that the results you start to see from our treatments alone will be enough for you to stop using other products all together.
